A walk around the village of Hedon East Yorkshire

On the 30th November 2014 along with friends we walked around the village of Hedon in East Yorkshire the first six photos show the church of Saint Augustines in the centre of the village.

That is a wonderful old church. I especially like the tall arched windows.

About Me

My photo
Brian
I, have worked all my life, served in the army as a regular. Get fed up with people who moan all the time but will not lift one finger to improve things or even help someone. I do voluntary work and love it. I along with 4 other stroke survivors took a petition to Parliament in 1999 to get a stroke services It succeeded with the opening of ward 110 the Hyper Acute Stroke Unit, but only with the help of a lot of dedicated people within the NHS, who cared and wanted what we stroke survivors desired. I worked and helped to set up stroke clubs in our area with my friends who are user/carer members, This is done without interference from the so called professional organisations. I am also a member of a few disability groups . I may be a bit of a pain to some who think they do a good job, but will not move on or change for the better. A full member of the Kingston upon Hull and East Riding Stroke Working Group from its inception! ---------------------------- ALL PICTURES COPYRIGHT OF BRIAN M ARCHIBALD.
