Dereliction over 6 years in City Of Culture 2017

Not everything is beautiful culture in Kingston upon Hull the City of Culture 2017, resident have had to live with this for 6 years, and its well known to the council and MPs. Question is, will anything be done?

The Siemens Blade in Queen Victoria Square Kingston upon Hull UK City of Culture 2017, this art feature is called "Look Up". The blade was made by Siemens in their factory on Alexandra Dock, on show in the city centre till mid March 2017
