Hornsea on the East Coast of East Yorkshire is usually a lovely place to be Christmas morning, weather forecast was clear and sunny with rain late afternoon, however they got it so wrong. The second photo was the full moon taken at 04:39 am with my iPhone 4s all are by my iPhone.

Hello Willow , it was indeed very wet and windy in Hornsea, thankfully the floods have missed us, yet flooding is only 30 miles away. Today more storms forecast. Hope you are safe and well. ☔️💨
