Lisbon or Lisboa May - June Cruise 2011 Last 10 photos from the shore
These are the last ten photos taken from the banks of the river Tagus all are of the Monument of the Discoveries, in the Belem area of Lisbon - Lisboa the next two blogs will be from the cruise ship Independence of the Sea's as it sails down stream you will see the monument again and the Belem tower.Next port of call and the last will be Vigo in Spain during our cruise May - June 2011 hope you have enjoyed the photographs I have taken so far....

There is something about that statuary that has always appealed to me every time I've seen this monument. I think it's that the figures are so clearly shaped with clean, round lines.
I like what you did with the different one, changing the color.
