These last 7 photos are in the lower woodland walk at Portmeirion, I started my walk from the sands walking back up to the main area... It took me a long time but was so worth it!!!!!
I, have worked all my life, served in the army as a regular, get fed up with people who moan all the time but will not lift one finger to improve things or even help someone. I do voluntary work and love it.
I along with 4 other stroke survivors took a petition to Parliament in 1999.It succeeded but only with the help of a lot of dedicated people within the NHS, who cared and wanted what we stroke survivors desired. I work and help in a way to set up stroke clubs in our area with my friends who are user/carer members, This is done without interference from the so called professional organisations. I may be a bit of a pain to some who think they do a good job, but will not move on or change for the better.

These are especially gorgeous, Brian. The last shot made me smile (looks like something I might do) - it's nice to see you!
